Steve is responsible for ensuring the Aptel Team delivers and exceeds expectations enhancing your business and the way you connect, collaborate and communicate to deliver your services to your clients.

Adam Douglas

Technical Team Lead

Adam started with Aptel back in 2006. His drive and commitment assisted him in working his way up to a Senior Network Engineer. Having recently taken over the role of Technical Team Lead, Adam is now responsible for Aptel’s technical vision and strategy, keeping our customers up to date with the latest technologies and products while ensuring we deliver the highest quality service.

Callum Hilton

Account Manager

Callum is one of Aptel’s most experienced Account Managers. Formerly part of the Dimension Data Graduate Program, Callum’s expertise range from Networking, Security, SaaS, UCaaS and Cloud. Always client focused, Callum strives to grow your business through leading communication solutions. For enjoyment Callum likes to play competitive water polo and supporting the Essendon Football Club.

Liam started with Aptel in 2016 managing day-to-day operations of the Service Desk team and in 2017, took over responsibility for new sales & service delivery. With a primary focus on customer service and delivering an exceptional sales experience, Liam is committed to ensuring Aptel delivers solutions that transform your business communications.

Jan Herholdt

Project Coordinator

Jan, originally from South Africa, is used to the fast lane with an IT hosting background. Jan prides himself on his customer relationship management and leadership of his team. Jan is responsible for procurement, logistics and pivotal in driving the customer experience, provisioning excellence across the Aptel range of products.

Hannah started with Aptel in 2017 and manages the accounts and billing process. An organisation enthusiast, Hannah prides herself with timely and professional customer service.

Accounts Administrator

Caitlin started with Aptel in 2017 and is an integral part of the accounts and billing process. A recent Bachelor of Business graduate, Caitlin shares a passion for human resource management and understands the importance of building strong customer relationships.
